This simple chicken curry is cooked with a delicious mixture of spices including bay leaves, cardamon, cloves, cumin, turmeric and garam masala. Homemade Indian Chicken Curry

An easy to make medium curry, that originates from Pakistan, the main ingredients are lamb, potato and roasted tomatoes. Beef Bhuna with Naan 

This delicious homemade beef curry is a bhuna curry which is traditional a dry curry, made by toasting a spice mix of cumin, coriander, mustard and fennel seeds, once toasted the seeds are ground to a fine powder. The spice mix is added to the main ingredients which in this curry is beef and tomatoes, the curry is slow cooked in the oven to allow the sauce to thicken till it sticks to the meat. This delicious curry can be served with a warm naan bread and a cucumber raita or eaten wrapped in a traditional pooris or chapatis with a sliced onion relish

Mushrooms Stuffed with Cashew & Peas 

This is a one of the best and tastiest vegetable curries, portobello mushrooms stuffed with cashew nuts, red onions, chilli, ricotta and cumin seeds. The stuffed mushrooms are cooked in butter flavoured with bay leaves, cinnamon and cloves and then poached in a tomato curry sauce made with onions, ginger, garlic and spiced with garam masala, chilli powder and turmeric. The mushrooms are baked in the oven and served with slices of naan bread.

A easy to cook bhuna vegetable curry, Bhuna is a traditional medium hot thick curry, which is cooked until the spice mixture clings to the vegetables. Homemade Burmese curry

Burmese curries are often made with fresh flavouring rather than the more traditional Indian curries made with powdered spices. The ingredients are blended into a paste, and then cooked to release the flavours. Common ingredients for these curries are garlic, ginger, lemon grass, chillis and often sweetened with honey. Burmese curries are usually served with noodles or rice
