Beef Bhuna with Naan - Authentic Indian Beef curry

This delicious homemade beef curry is a bhuna curry which is traditional a dry curry, made by toasting a spice mix of cumin, coriander, mustard and fennel seeds, once toasted the seeds are ground to a fine powder. The spice mix is added to the main ingredients which in this curry is beef and tomatoes, the curry is slow cooked in the oven to allow the sauce to thicken till it sticks to the meat.


This delicious curry can be served with a warm naan bread and a cucumber raita or eaten wrapped in a traditional pooris or chapatis with a sliced onion relish
