What makes our spinach and cheese starter the best

The combination of feta cheese and spinach is always a winner, the creamy saltness of the feta and the freshness of the spinach marry perfectly. The secret ingredient for dish is definitely a touch of lemon juice, giving them an extra freshness.

The idea for this feta and spinach starter comes from the traditional Greek dish spanakopita a savoury pie made with filo pastry and stuffed with spinach, feta, onions and chopped egg. The pie is flavoured with traditional herbs such as parley, mint or dill
