Cream the butter and sugar together, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla extract and blend. Add the eggs and then the milk slowly bit by bit. Cut the strawberries into chunks share the chunks between the cupcake cases, add the sponge and bake in the oven till golden brown. Crush the digestives into crumbs. Sieve the passion fruit to remove the seeds, combine the cream cheese with the passion fruit puree. Cream together the butter and sugar and mix with the cream cheese mixture . Top the cupcakes with the frosting and sprinkle with the biscuit crumb.
