How to make tomato and bacon pasta with camembert
Begin by cooking the penne until al dente, then prepare garlic bread in the oven. In a separate pan, crisp bacon and infuse it with garlic, chili flakes, and tomatoes until if form a rich, jam-like consistency. Add the camembert, and the grated emmental, and a dash of cream. When the pasta is cooked, toss the penne in the sauce, ensuring it's well-coated and seasoned. Finish by dividing it between the serving bowls, then garnishing with torn basil leaves and serving alongside warm bread, grated parmesan, and a final sprinkle of fresh basil.
