Easy recipes for easy summer night dinners, packed into a simple meal plan

Monday's Meal

Duck, orange and honey stir-fry, sliced duck breast marinated in orange, honey, ginger, garlic and soy sauce and stir fried with broccoli, asparagus, pak choi and spring onions sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Tuesday's Meal

Korean sticky chicken with Asian rice, chicken thighs marinated in honey, garlic, ginger, white wine, vinegar and soy sauce. The chicken thighs are roasted in the oven, the salad is served with a rice salad mixed with carrot, pak choi, spring onion, peas and coriander in a dressing flavoured with orange, garlic, honey, sesame and soy sauce.

Wednesday's Meal

Maple pork with apples. slices of pork fillet and apples cooked in garlic, maple syrup and mustard, served on a bed of white rice with fried onions. 

Thursday's Meal 

Crispy beef steak strips coated in batter, stir fried in a soy sauce, chilli, garlic, ginger and tomato sauce, served with noodles dressed in soy sauce, sesame, lime and chilli

Friday's Meal

Tasty Spanish ingredients, chorizo, sweet potato, red onions, manchego cheese and mozzarella on a crispy pizza base,  served with a cress and almond salad with a creamy sour cream ,garlic, parsley and chive dressing.
