Prawns
This recipe is from the cookbook "Crazy Water Pickled Lemon Cookbook" by Diana Henry. The pilaf is cooked first by frying the onions, adding garlic and tomatoes. The raw rice is added to the tomatoes with the herbs and stock. The rice is gently cooked till soft. The prawns are cooked and flavoured with lemon, The olives, feta and prawns are added to the pilaf just before it is served
