You can choose up to two lifestyles, creating for example a meal plan for healthy vegetarian meals on a budget by choosing the healthy and budget lifestyle.

Your mouth-watering vegetable based meal plan is personalised based on your likes, dislikes and lifestyle choices. You can change your meal plan whenever you like increasing your veggie days slowly, eating more vegetables and less meat each week, or you can swap individual recipes when ever you like.
