The menu starter is a filo pastry tart filled with a selection of cheeses and a herb and lemon concoction that is typically found in this area.

The main course is chicken marinated in a traditional blend of hot peppers, cumin, coriander, caraway and mint known as harissa, the chicken is served with a pomegranate, pistachio and olive rice.

The dessert is a tart made from 4 popular Egyptian ingredients, the tart is filled with a dark chocolate souffle and it is served with oranges soaked in a honey and cardamom syrup.
