A traditional British menu packed with classic British ingredients, delivered with a modern twist.The starter is a traditional creamy leek and potato soup, potatoes, blended with a touch of double cream served with crusty bread rolls. The main course is braised Pork chops and onions cooked in a creamy cider sauce served with crispy potato, rice and parsnips cakes and spicy beetroot chutney.The dessert is a creamy cooked cheesecake with a hobnob biscuit base coated in white chocolate, and topped with a classic butterscotch sauce.

Cooking Order

Day before    
  • make the leek and potato soup
  • make the beet chutney and store in the fridge
  • make the cheesecake
1 hour before
  • make the potato cakes
20 minutes before
  • place the potato cakes in the oven
10 minutes before 
  • make the pork chops don't add the cream and keep warm
5 minutes before
  • heat the soup
5 minutes before the main
  • add the cream to the chops

Top Tips

  • make sure the butterscotch sauce is not to hot before pouring it on to the cheesecake
