This menu is inspired by traditional North African dishes and ingredients but with a modern twist.The starter is a spicy roast butternut soup, flavoured with chilli flakes, coriander, cumin, ginger and star anise.
The main course is a chicken and tomato tagine served with lemon and coriander couscous. The tagine is spiced with a subtle blend of turmeric, cinnamon and ginger and sweetened with honey.The dessert is made with a soft chocolate and pistachio sponge, topped with a fresh orange whipped cream and finally coated in a dark chocolate and honey icing.
This menu has an easy starter and main the dessert is slightly harder but still ok for beginners
