To use online shopping with our shopping list you will need to be able to use the “multi -search”. This is situated within the Search box when you choose groceries.
On mobile and tablet
Waitrose has the multi-search available on mobile, so to use our shopping list:- untick the “include values” and the "include sections" below the “copy to clipboard” (this is necessary as the multi search cannot deal with values). Click the “copy to clipboard”
Open the Waitrose website on your mobile and choose groceries,
you will see the multi-search click on the link
Paste the shoppping list into the box and click search
The search will return a list of products, click onto our shopping list check amount of the item and then click back to the list and add the amount.
Click the shopping list item when you have completed the number of items. Continue through the list till you have completed the shopping list.
This will work for most items. If the multi- product search cannot find an item do not tick the item on the phone list, continue with the other items and return to the missing items at the end.
The maximum number of items that can be added to a multi- product search on the Waitrose site are 100 items. If you have more than that then please split the list.
On PC or laptop
To use our shopping list on your PC you will need to transfer the list to your PC/laptop easiest way is by email
Email to PC or laptop
untick the "include values" and the "include sections" below the “copy to clipboard” click the copy to clipboard then paste into email.
Open the shopping list email and copy the list

download the Virtual HomeCook onto your ipad and then you can paste the list directly into the multi-search
Login onto your Waitrose’s account and click on the Multi- search
Paste the shopping list into the multi- search window and press the search button.
The search will return the items horizontally across the top.
Using our shopping list on your phone add the number of items you require
Click the shopping list item when you have completed the number of items. Continue through the list till you have completed the shopping list.
